After you have sent your text for our free cost valuation, you will receive an e-mail with information on the price and the time when the translation could be ready.

If you accept our conditions, you are supposed to pay by credit card or via bank transfer, and after that a sworn translator gets to work.

The quality of translations is guaranteed by Zespół Tłumaczy Przysięgłych i Technicznych No 1. (Sworn and Technical Translators Agency in Szczecin) that we cooperate with.

We protect your documents and therefore every order disclosed to us is freated confidential. The transfer of the documents sent online is protected by the SSL protocol.

A regular translation is sent back by e.mail, and a sworn translation is sent by post (registered, priority) nationwide, or by a courier service if sent abroad (e.g. to Germany, Danmark, Sweden or the Netherlands).

For convenience of our customers we have introduced in our service the online payment system: mTransfer and Polcard.
